Chuo Engineering began using analysis technology with FEM around 1990 when we were reviewing the strength of engine lines for a rocket propulsion system. Today, our approximately fifty experts are mainly involved with strength analysis in the aerospace field, furthermore, we are active in other fields including thermo-hydrodynamic, motion and mechanical analysis.

Using MSC/MD/NX Nastran, Patran, Femap and I-DEAS, we not only conduct static strength analysis for aircraft structure, piping and lines, but also perform fatigue and composite material strength analysis.
We mainly use Fluent to perform heat transfer, temperature and fluid analysis.
We use MSC.Nastran and I-DEAS to perform vibration and acoustical analysis.
Motion and Mechanical Analysis
We use ADAMS to perform motion and mechanical analysis. This automatically performs calculations for more than a hundred analysis cases.
Introducing MSC.Nastran in 2001 allowed us to perform FEM analysis, and in 2010, we added MSC.Enterprise Advantage to expand our analysis capabilities. Today, thanks to a gradual introduction of resources, we take advantage of a variety of analysis tools to perform strength, thermo-hydrodynamic, motion and mechanical analysis.
