General Corporate Action Plan

Chuo Engineering has announced our general corporate action plan as follows;

Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children

To formulate the following action plan, for our all employees to manage of development of an environment favorable for work-family balance and to create the ideal working environment so that they can fully utilize their skills and capabilities.

1. Action Plan Period

3years from April 1st, 2018 to March 31st, 2021

2. Description (Specific Goals, Actions and Implementation Period)

Goal Promote of further understanding of the coexistence between working and child rearing and make plans to realize it.
Action 1. Promote the use of restrictions on overtime work hours during childcare leave.
2. Make plans and promote the measures to encourage male employees to take childcare leave.

Act on Promotion of Women`s Participation and Advancement

To formulate the following action plan, for Woman`s participation and advancement in the workplace to managing the work environmental.

1. Action Plan Period

3years from April 1st, 2018 to March 31st, 2021

2. Our challenge

(1)Women applicant is fewer and technical employees are less.
(2)Number of the women employee's retirement is so large that their retention number is low, due to their marriage and childbirth

3. Description (Specific Goals and Implementation Period)

Goal The rates of women's employee newly hired shall be 4% up.
Action From April 1st, 2018
Our women's employee will get accompany to the school visit and briefing for newly hired.
From April 1st, 2018
Introduce our woman's activity in our Chuo HP.
From April 1st, 2018
Assign our women's employee to the R & D members.
