General Corporate Action Plan

Chuo Engineering has announced our general corporate action plan as follows;

Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children

To formulate the following action plan, for our all employees to manage of development of an environment favorable for work-family balance and to create the ideal working environment so that they can fully utilize their skills and capabilities.

1. Action Plan Period

3 years from April 1st, 2015 to March 31st, 2018

2. Description (Specific Goals, Actions and Implementation Period)

Goal To cultivate a system aimed at promoting understanding regards the coexistence of working and raising children.
Action 1. The promotion of utilizing a flex-time system for the duration of child rearing.
2. The implementation of measures that promote the acquisition of paid leave.

Act on Promotion of Women`s Participation and Advancement

To formulate the following action plan, for Woman`s participation and advancement in the workplace to managing the work environmental.

1. Action Plan Period

2 years from April 1st, 2016 to March 31st, 2018

2. Our challenge

(1)Women applicant is fewer and technical employees are less.
(2)Number of the women employee's retirement is so large that their retention number is low, due to their marriage and childbirth

3. Description (Specific Goals and Implementation Period)

Goal The rates of women's employee newly hired shall be 4% up.
Action Our women' employee will get to accompany to the school visit and briefing for newly hired from June, 2016.
Introduce our women's activity on our Chuo HP.
